WHO SHOULD ATTEND & WHY?
All persons elected or appointed to a Chapter 723 HOA Board of Directors after October 1, 2016, or who may be a candidate for election to the Board must complete a Division Approved educational curriculum within one year before, or 90 days after the date of election or appointment; or execute an affidavit in accordance with F.S. 723.0781. Failure to comply with the above will result in suspension from service on the Board. All Homeowners, including current Board members, officers & negotiation committee members are also invited and encouraged to attend.
Class subjects required by the DBPR will be included in a bound handbook, along with a copy of F.S. 723, for you to keep.
These will be mailed out to you prior to the Webinar. Please give the address where you will be located at the time of Webinar.
You will receive your Certificate of Completion following the training
- Certificates WILL NOT be given out until the end of Seminar
